To begin I reside in the State of Alabama, male, 32 years of age, and have never been arrested or had ANY run-ins with law enforcement excluding 2 minor speeding traffic citations in my entire life. To make a long story short the Gulf Coast Region of where I reside has been celebrating Mardi Gras for the past 2 weeks. Needless to say I had to go down-town yesterday evening to purchase a “Spa Package” for my wife for Valetine’s Day. Well as a result of the many parades and “parade go-ers” parking is virtually impossible to find, and just like many people who came out to attend the parades I parked my vehicle on “private property” (a closed U-Haul facility) just like many fellow parade go-ers whom even park on sidewalks, medians, etc….(all of common practice and ususally acceptance during this time of the year by the city).

Well after purchasing the spa package,I come back find my vehicle towed. I was inside the building for roughly35 minutes and severl people’s vehicles had been towed by a contracted towing service which had 4-5 trucks working the area. I understand that I was on private property and accept full responsibility of this, and was upset because there was no signs posted or the area roped off (as commonly done by some businesses i they do not want people to park their, but not madatory). Well the owner of the towing company and I got into a heated argument and the police were called by one of his employees. Several people who had their vehicle towed were there arguing as well with the Tow Truck Company. Basicly after hearing both sidesthe police informed us that we were either gonna have to pay or leave the premisis. I’m explaining to the officer that my phone is in my vehicle, and this isn’t right (wrong on my part), and he basicly told me that I could either pay, walk, or go to jail and If I said another word I’d go to jail. So I’m just standing there looking at the arresting officer in his eyes not saying a word, and he responds to me that, “you’re looking at me like you wanna do something to me…..you can’t play eye games with me, etc…” and later replies, “so you don’t have nothing to say?”….and I responded “no” because you said If I said anything else I was going to jail….”and I was like man this is messed up”. Needless to say, he responds “I don’t have time for this” and tells me to put my hands behind my back…and I respond, “this isn’t right” and he slams me on the hood of the car practically and other officers begin to search my pockets, etc….and they throw me into the back of the squad car. Nevertheless, I was arrested and charged with Dis-orderly conduct and Failure to Obey. I was taken to jail, booked, and later released on $750 Bail. My question is as a first time offender of anything, what is the most likely out-come? I cant really afford an attorney, but I know that under the law one should be appointed to me. Thanks for your help in advance.
Thanks 4 the responses. In regards to having the charges dis-missed….s there anything I can do to have this happen? Or is it strictly up to the prosecution/judge? Thanks

A week ago we were assigned in english class a topic that had to do with informative essays. This essay was supposed to be a report on something we did which was something that would unusual for that person to do.

After the assignment was issued, we asked around the class if we had any ideas of which we should write about, one person claimed he would go to the zoo, as he had never been there before. After all of this it came upon my turn and I said I would visit a Day Spa, as I am an average male and thought that would be a good paper to write about. Well, we had to decide the next day what our topic would be, and i once again emailed the Teacher saying i would visit a day spa.
The only issue is, the paper is due tomorrow, and since I found out later the prices of day spas range from 100-150 for a service and i could not come up with the money.

Advice on how to write a 4 page double spaced essay on something i didn’t do would be greatly make my day. I don’t want to lie, but i do have to claim i went even though i didn’t, as i’m royally screwed from a money standpoint. Help please, and thank you!

I work at a spa and and I always have gay men come and get services from us. Their always the feminine type ones that get massages. Or at least thats what I notice. But I also notice something else. Everytime they get a massage they request a male to perform the massage. Now correct me if Im wrong, if a gay man is on the feminine side, (which obviously he acts more like a female) why everytime they insist on requesting male massage therapist? Most women that come and get a massage dont prefer a man to see them in that manner and men that come and get massages most likely dont want another man touching them. So my question is how come they always request male massage therapist. Personally to me I think their thinking strait sexual when they only want male massage therapist. Which makes me believe all gays are not in their right mind and all they think about is freaky a** sex. For instance, these two gay men came in the spa today and they both wanted massages…..to be continued.
And his partner says:” I thought you wanted a female massage therapist” in a sarcastic voice. And the other man responds saying: ” why would I go for that when I can go for what I want” in a low toned voice. I mean Im not trying to be rude, but its just that everytime Im around gay people(particularly gay men) they have to make everything sexual. How come? Is that whats being gay all about?
